If you ever have a problem with your Axiom gear, return it (with proof of purchase) to the Axiom dealer or online retailer where it was purchased. The dealer will assess the problem, and if they deem it to be a manufacturer’s defect we’ll replace the product free of charge.

*Guarantee covers manufacturer’s defects such as faulty welds, stitching or materials present at time of purchase. Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or abuse of the product, broken zippers, tears, damage caused by overloading etc. Guarantee valid for the original purchaser of the product only. Please note that Axiom does not manage warranties directly with consumers.
